The food service was extremely slow. We waited over an hour for a burger and a sandwich, and the waitstaff didn't check in or communicate about any issues. I even had to get my own silverware. The staff seemed pretty inattentive, and it felt like there was a lack of management.
We had a great lunch date here! I had a burger salad (Forest Hills burger) and it was delicious. We had rosemary fried to go with it. All the beer we tried we like! Really seemed to have something for everyone.
The smash burgers are pretty darn good different kinds of Smash Burgers are pretty darn good I've been here four or five times the goat cheese balls, the Korean chicken, and the dirty fries I wouldn't order again
This is our 3rd visit. The first was good. The second time we left because our server never came to our table after 15 minutes. Tonight we are sitting at the bar and waited for our food for 40 minutes (2 burgers) after ordering. The bartender is now ignoring us since I asked when our food might arrive. Don't waste your time here.
We did not even eat here however spoke with one of the servers about food allergies to make sure it was safe for our group to eat there. She was super rude and did not even attempt to listen to us and displayed a complete lack of understanding of a serious health concern such as a life threatening food allergy.Will not recommend this place at all given their complete lack of sensitivity to an issue that already makes it so difficult for people to eat outside
