I understand that drive-through can be busy especially at the lunch hour and I am always appreciative for those that show up so that I do not have to make my lunch. Everyone wants to scream respectthe employees that show up but how about the employees showing a little respect for the people that want to submit an order withmodifications just be friendly. I tried to submit an order today and I was talked over top of , the lady was loud and justplain rude!

Today... read more I think Arby's is the best fast food out there. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I had gyros today and they were excellent. Today I had beef n cheddar sandwiches, always so good. If there are nicer, friendlier peopleworking anywhere, I'd like to meet them!

Stopped to get a to go order on August 27, 2022 at 4:40 pm (this is so Arbys knows who was working at that time) . The woman at the counter who waited on us, wa... read more Stopped to get a to go order on August 27, 2022 at 4:40 pm (this is so Arbys knows who was working at that time) . The woman at the counter who waited on us, was on her phone and was drinking a milkshake or a similar drink from Wendy?s. There was 3employees that were visible and 2 were on their phones. The order I placed was not filled correctly and I had to remind the ladywith the ?Wendy?s? drink to give me my ?Arbys? cups to fill up my drinks. The beverage counter was sticky and had ketchup spilton it. Several tables in the dinning area visibly had curly fries on them and crumbs. There was no other customers in therestaurant and no customers were at the drive thru during my time at arbys. This was the most unsatisfactory experience that Ihave ever had at this location and if the same employees are behind the counter on my next visit, I will walk out and go toWendy?s!
