16 years in Brookline and my first time at Amel's! How have I missed this treasure all these years??? Great food, very friendly service and super atmosphere. Will definitely be going back again and again. (I had stuffed grape leaves, pilaf, tabouleh, and roasted veggies. All excellent
Wonderful little restaurant with great food and a great selection of food! definitely recommend when they are in the south hill area!!!
Easy experience lamm kebab ordered. lamb was not seasoned at all and not cooked. tested like stored lamb two months ago. reis was old and some were hard. tabboleh needed season. also ordered hummus/lamb appetizer. that should be removed from the menu when you consider how terrible it tasted. slow service. not a great experience and would not even recommend someone I don't like
The best Lammschisch-Kaboben! general portions of all fresh food on the ground! amel has never disappointed us! you can't go wrong!
A local gem with great service We started with beans and greens fyi they add banana peppers (not listed in discription) crab soup and for the main event the seafood medley over pasta with a scampi type sauce. (mine over fresh string beans) Yum!!
