This restaurant is excellent. The dimsum is on point, and the service is very good. A testament to the excellent food is that the restaurant is always full. I totally recommend you give it a try, worthwhile! View all feedback.
What Umoya Coleman doesn't like about King Valley Tea House:
The manager embarrassed me in front of customers by assuming that I was not going to pay my bill. Second, the manager fraudulently checked off a tip, which I did not authorize nor consent to. Third, when I called to settle this matter, the manager told me over the phone that she was not present at the restaurant. I called today 08/07/24 and she said the same thing. I am not easily wowed when it comes to my favorite food in the world, DimSum. This place KILLED IT! The Best dimsum I have ever had since Alice 's Oaklands Tin 's Tea House. We were going to Siagon in Albany, but they closed. This forced us to find a new place and couldn 't be happier. The people here are also super nice and want you to be satisfied. Thank you King Valley Tea House, you are the absolute best!
Finally, I was tired of all the lies and games she was playing, so I went in and there she was. I got my refund and I'll never do business them again. Please, before you leave the King Valley Tea House, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FOR ACCURATE CHARGES! They have proven dishonest to me.
Favorite place for dim sum, love their chicken feet
Decent suburban Chinese food ... oddly, white rice is not included !?! Clearly taking advantage of their mostly non-Asian customers.
This is my go to spot for dim sum and Chinese food in town. We love the BBQ pork buns, salt and pepper fish, the roasted duck, and chow mein. The restaurant is located in an old bank in downtown Pinole. The room is large with plenty of seating inside, and plenty of parking outside. It can get loud when they are busy, and dim sum is always a full room.
