I walked in and no other customers were in there and wasn't greete... read more I ordered from the Pinehurst location for my grandma's 75th bday. First the service was poor. I walked in and no other customers were in there and wasn't greeted. I had to ask the lady if anyone was going to help me. I've previously visited this location to pick up a cake order and wasn't greeted so I guess this is common. I was given the cake and I did look at it before walking out. However I wasn't sure on what I had sent in the email and since the cake was in the box I couldn't see if the side had the spoon detail. So I get home and take the cake out of the box and it's not anywhere near the cake reference that I sent for order. I called to make the lady aware and showed her the video and she acknowledged that it was different from the emails and said she wished I had told her before I left but she admitted to the cake not being the same. So I'm not sure how or why my actual order email wasn't referenced. Although she offered to fix the cake if I drove back to southern pines (I live an hour away).
