My order had to made 3 times and unfortunately they still couldn't make it right! The incompetence was high alert that night. By the time the burgers were remade the fries were stale and cold, because the wait time was because 15 minutes. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION on Rodney Parham in Little Rock, Ar!

M... read more This Sonic is absolutely terrible! The general manager seems indifferent to incorrect orders and just moves on to the next customer without addressing issues. My tater tots came out burnt, and the food was not prepared properly. I had to repeat my order three times, and it felt like the woman behind the counter deliberately got it wrong. I won't be coming back here again.

The service was abso... read more We only stopped at this location for breakfast because we were passing through the city and there weren't many other options for breakfast. The service was absolutely horrible!!! But the food was freshly cooked. If I drive thru this city again, I'll likely try to find breakfast in one of the neighboring towns. Fresh food is always great, but poor service is just outright unacceptable!!!
