Greasy mess and the drive thru staff rude and unenthusiastic.
The person in the window had a bad attitude. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru when we made our order. She told us not to come all the way to the window and she would let us know when to move forward. We didn't have a big order and it took them a long time. Don't go here.
Tried ordering an 8 piece all white meat bucket and they stated they had none. i then tried to order a bucket of tenders no tenders. So the chicken place had no chicken except a couple wings and legs. Apparently like everything else in Pine Bluff they ran away! Also tried to order online but all white meat option is not available!
I didn't order the mashed potatoes, but they came with my meal, and they were inedible—far too salty. The French fries were stale and had an unpleasant greasy flavor. I don't usually write reviews, but I truly regret choosing this KFC. It's frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on such disappointing food. I highly recommend avoiding this location; you won't want to have a bad experience like I did. Buying from this KFC was one of the worst decisions I've ever made!
I used to visit this restaurant often when I was a child. However, as a Black person, I've found it hard to enjoy dining here knowing that the logo features an antebellum Confederate Army colonel. The contributions of Black people helped make this establishment successful. Am I the only one who feels that such overt racism impacts my dining experience?
