I have not had the terrible experience others seem to have had here check the other reviews , but I have gone through the drive thru once or twice and it seems like a very average/mediocre KFC. The staff is not particularly friendly, but they do a little better than just tolerate the customers. This place is definitely better than the one on 28th ? street near Food Smart that I reviewed earlier today.
It was hot and fresh! Today for the first time, I tried the spicey and crispy,instead of my usual original!
The chicken was dry, the soda machines didn't work, they were out of all kinds of stuff, honey, etc. Owners really need to take a hard look at how UNCLEAN it was.
I didn't have the negative experience that some others have described, so I encourage you to read their reviews. I've been to the drive-thru a couple of times, and it seems like a pretty standard KFC. While the staff isn't overly friendly, they are a bit more accommodating than just putting up with customers. Overall, this location is definitely better than the one on 28th Street near Food Smart, which I reviewed earlier today.
The staff is unwelcoming, and the chicken is frequently overcooked. They seem irritated if you attempt to order something not on the menu. If you choose to dine in, be ready for a long wait.
