It's extremely frustrating and is likely hurting their business. As an update, we went there for dinner tonight. The staff was quite rude, and to make matters worse, none of our cheeseburgers came with cheese. All four burgers were served without it.

Their burger and fry combos are excellent as well. The team is friendly, and considering how busy they are, their speed is impressive—you can get in and out without any hassle. Although I’ve only used the drive-thru, my experience has always been enjoyable.
