I ordered my meal and p... read more The only issue was the coupon. I received a phone coupon for a buy a big buffird and get one free. The coupon came through text message. I ordered my meal and proceeded to the window to pay. I gave them my phone with the coupon barcode on it. They tried to scan it but it didn't work. They then told me the store doesn't do phone coupons, they don't take them because it doesn't work. They only take paper coupons. I was soooo disappointed. There should be a sign or something alerting customers that The phone and electric coupons are not accepted right now. Then management should be alerted to possibly fix this for the future. I ended up just ordering one big Buford with fries and an ice cream. Other than that, The service was great! Actually, probably the best service I've received from a Rally's before. They were kind and the order was ready when I pulled up to the window. If you have an electric and phone coupon, forget about it. Other than that, I recommend this place!

The staff was quite rude, and when I tried to contact them about an incorrect order, they did not answer the phone. When I went back to resolve the issue in person, they refused to correct it. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
