I ordered my food through... read more After 2 years not eating here because the service was consistently missing, I gave this chili 's another shot. Boy, they surprised me! I ordered my food through the app, and was happy to see the prices not too much of what I had remembered. I ordered my food for Car Side Pickup. The young lady who brought my food out was so pleasant! The name on my receipt says Shae, so I assume she's called. She came out of the building with a GENUINE SMILE, walked SWIFTLY to my van! She was so polite that I definitely returned to this chili 's! It was nice to feel like she rated me as a customer and as if she were really HAPPY at her job. My food was exactly as I ordered and ready when I opened, although my expected pick-up time was 6 minutes later. The food was hot and delicious! Thank you. Ms. Shae! You ROCK, Ma'am!

My wife likes Cajun Chicken Alfredo. You are sometimes so busy or perhaps it is because they are under servants, there are times when you are parked that you just have to board and get your order from the holding bar. I recognize the effect of covid-19. Staff problems everywhere you see. Customer service lacks, in most places you also go, that is a big problem. Again, my wife likes the Cajun Chicken Alfredo.

People were leaving because they were not approached for several minutes when they walked in anditwasn'tbusy. Also the woman's restroom looked a trashy gas station bathroom. Other than that it was great!

I placed my order through the app and was glad to see the prices hadn’t gone up much since my last visit. I chose curbside pickup, and the young lady who brought my food out was incredibly friendly. Her name on the receipt was Shae, and she approached my car with a genuine smile and a swift pace. Her politeness made me feel truly valued as a customer, and it was clear she enjoys her job. My order was exactly right and ready earlier than expected. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Ms. Shae—you rock! I will definitely be coming back!

We stopped by Chili's Grill in Pine Bluff to try their monthly Beach Party margarita while traveling. Although I forgot her name, our server was very friendly and brought our drinks promptly. She understood we were just there for drinks and didn't mind that we weren’t ordering food. She was attentive and excellent. I really love Chili's monthly margarita!
