I placed my order throug... read more After avoiding Chili's for two years due to consistently poor service, I decided to give it another try—and I was pleasantly surprised! I placed my order through the app and was glad to see the prices hadn’t gone up much since my last visit. I chose curbside pickup, and the young lady who brought my food out was incredibly friendly. Her name on the receipt was Shae, and she approached my car with a genuine smile and a swift pace. Her politeness made me feel truly valued as a customer, and it was clear she enjoys her job. My order was exactly right and ready earlier than expected. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Ms. Shae—you rock! I will definitely be coming back!

We stopped by Chili's Grill in Pine Bluff to try their monthly Beach Party margarita while traveling. Although I forgot her name, our server was very friendly and brought our drinks promptly. She understood we were just there for drinks and didn't mind that we weren’t ordering food. She was attentive and excellent. I really love Chili's monthly margarita!

The food was delightful, though the fries were slightly overcooked for my taste. The hamburger, on the other hand, was excellent!

They refused to seat customers and made them wait, even with three-quarters of their tables empty. When the dinner rush started, the manager had to step in beca... read more They refused to seat customers and made them wait, even with three-quarters of their tables empty. When the dinner rush started, the manager had to step in because the hostess was consistently making everyone wait. I don’t believe the excuse that they can’t seat guests to avoid overwhelming the kitchen and staff. After over ten years in the service industry, I know it’s better to seat customers with a cold drink and inform them that the kitchen might be slow, rather than having them wait in the lobby. Most of the staff moved at a very slow pace and lacked any sense of urgency. On a positive note, the food was quite good.

Eventually, I decided to sit at the bar, where I had to wait a long time before anyone attended to me. When a server finally arrived, she was on her cell phone and didn’t even bother to hang up. She continued her conversation as she walked to the back and then brought drinks to another table without ever ending the call! The bar area was messy, with dirty plates and empty glasses left behind by previous customers, and there were also dirty glasses stacked in front of me. On a positive note, the food was well-cooked and surprisingly good, especially considering the overall level of service I experienced.
