Hole in the Wall is a local, cute, family owned coffee shop. The owners and staff are amazing, their muffins and pastries are great, and we always grab a few pizzas on Friday nights. I used to come here all the time, needless to say that came to end when my order was made incorrectly. I left the order and requested a refund. I was advised by the worker that they were not trained on how to provide refunds. The owner called me and stated he was on vacation with his family and would have the evening worker to process the refund. I never received a refund and didn’t have any products to show for it....
