I would give this Chick-fil-a location more than 5 stars if I could. It is the best in town. I frequently stop by on my way to work and the staff is always friendly and personable. I especially enjoy going for breakfast, where I am greeted by name by Nicole, Tina, Andrea, Justin, and others. What Melody Morissette doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I have been very disappointed with the Chick-fil-A locations in Montgomery, Alabama lately. The quality of their food has been subpar in the last few months. On my most recent visit, my fries were cold and soggy, and even my chicken strips were warm but soggy as well. I will make sure to take photos next time. View all feedback.
This time I ordered through the app and went in to pick up. the service lasted longer than usual, but I can't say it was because of the worker. while everyone waited, all worked quickly and synchronously with each other. very nice young ladies get the job done! I will be coming back
Can't say I've been in a bad Chick-fil-A yet however, the drive-thru line has something to be the desired
The drive thru is always a delight. The young people working are friendly, Polite. I love the quickness of service. The food is good. My favorite is the southwest salad with avocado lime dressing.
Ithis place its been months that me and my baby been trying to get in line but the line be soo long that we never get a chance to b/c a toddler is not soo patient but this particular day who was it go let's take a chance and food was. Fresh hot and good just like I knew it would be and the. Drive-thru was fast and they were super friendly
Always have a great experience. The customer service is awesome. My food was good, hot and fresh.
