What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
We waited 20 minutes for the restaurant to open, sitting in their outdoor area, only to be told that they needed their third employee to arrive before they could open. When the third employee finally showed up, they waited in the parking lot to finish smoking before going inside. Once he did go in, they locked the door and did not open for service. I love the burgers and pommes, but I'm sorry the prices have been out of control! only for my lunch cheeseburger, pommes and a koks were $21, that's crazy. I ate a full luncg meal (land roasted steak carrots green beans, roll drink) in the roadhouse for $15 with lace. five young people please work on their journeys!
Great food and service! Be prepared to pay over 11.00 for just a burger we shared a regular fry. Great customer service.
I ordered a bacon burger, but received the small cheeseburger, the receipt showed a charge for small bacon cheeseburger. BUT they did make it right by supplying a bacon burger made to my order with lettuce tomato and b-b-q sauce. Peanuts are excellent and you can serve yourself from the barrel once again. All others ,3, in my party had their orders correct as placed. The place was especially clean , music moderate to loud in nature and employees friendly. They could use some new crayons or pencils in the index card drawing box ,which hangs on the wall and keeps little artist entertained.Food had a good flavor.
This absolutely hit the spot. Makes me wish we had one in Troy but also, maybe not or I'd be a lot bigger. ?
I've never had a bad experience here! The food and service is always nice!
