I ordered online and when I got there my order was not ready so I get me sweet tea that I ordered and proceeded to wait and 2 people had come in and their order was taken meanwhile I'm still waiting then they call the person that come in after me up and they gave them their order then they called the other person and that's when I called out and asked why is my order not ready they came in behind me ...the manager ca... Love this place! Each time I've eaten here, the food has been good, service great, free ice cream! Also, kids under 6 eat free, which my toddler loves! Last time we were here, our pup was with us they let him sit on the patio with us.
Wow...just when you think great service and quality food are a thing of the past. This place is GREAT!!!! John was our server and awesome to say the least. The food was fresh, top quality, incredible flavor....what a find. I will be back. Thank you!!!

Always a great place for any meal! We enjoyed our breakfast. There were great selections for everyone and the price was very reasonable. Food was outstanding as was the service. I love having Conecuh Sausage on the menu.
Whether we're having breakfast or lunch, in Prattville or a Montgomery location, the service is awesome, the food quick and delicious. We have never been disappointed or had a bad experience at any Chappy's location!
