Terrible service. Bad food. Placed an online order for pickup at a specific time. Wasn't ready when I got there. Took them over thirty minutes to get my order ready once I got there. Rude employees. Barely any sauce on the wings. Overall terrible experience.
There's one person who is so rude and always has an attitude. First time I went in I thought maybe this person was just having a bad day, no big deal everyone has bad days but I went in again to pick up a phone order for my husband and same person had the worst attitude and was so rude to me for no reason. Will be going to a different location from now on.
Everybody wants to complain but I'm here to shine light on Katherine. She was all smiles at the counter and we had a difficult order and she started patient and even suggested things. She kept a smile throughout and was very thorough. There was a line out the door and she kept her cool and was very attentive! Keep up the good work girl!
The food is always good, but it sure has been taking longer and longer to get it. I completed my online order and took 20 minutes to get to the restaurant. My order said it would be completed in 16 19 minutes. I approached the counter and stood there for 7 minutes, alone, before being able to confirm my order. After confirming my order I didn't receive my food for an additional 52 minutes. I get being busy but I would have rather gone grocery shopping and made the food at home than waiting this long. An hour and a half to make wings and fries, man. Yikes.
I waited 50 minutes for my food on a Wednesday afternoon when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The fries were cold, and the wings were undercooked, even though I specifically asked for them to be well done and drenched in sauce. It truly feels like they don't care about their customers, especially after spending $18! I'm writing this review because my experience was very disappointing, particularly since this used to be my favorite wing place. I don't know what happened. Management, please take note of these reviews and make the needed improvements. Thank you, loyal customers!

I ordered my food online and it said 16-20 minutes. I get there in 20 minutes and I'm told they just started on it... it happens. I ordered large fries, but they were regular and were lacking seasoning. A couple boneless wings were over cooked
Food was delicious and fast! Service was excellent, Genesis was super friendly and always smiled with a great attitude ???? went above and beyond for every customer I acknowledged.
I waited 20 minutes for my food when I ordered in. 2 staff members worked while 3 others stood around, or played on their phones. I understand that orders placed online have priority, but there seems to be no urgency for dining in customers. When Igot my food everything was cold. Frys were hard and borderline stale. Wings were cold but still okay. Im used to eating coldfood. Im pretty sure my food was cold because they cooked it a long time ago, left it sitting on the rack, while they tended totake out orders instead. Gen X workers have no motivation or care in the world. There seemed to be no supervisor present either.Just kids.

Please make my order when I pay and order it online and not when I arrive. 6 wings and cold fries should not take 45 minutes, when you have done wings sitting in the fryer. 15 workers in the building. What?s going on? Thanks for working and being open ,but you have to do better.
