I waited 50 minutes for my food on a Wednesday afternoon, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The fries were cold, and the wings were undercooked, despite my request for them to be well done and smothered in sauce. It honestly feels like they don't care about their customers, even after spending $18! I'm leaving this review because my experience was very disappointing, especially since this used to be my favorite wing spot. I don't know what went wrong. Management, please pay attention to these reviews and make the necessary improvements. Thank you, paying customers!

In six years to come here, I don't think it's ever gone smooth. I waited for my order to think about it. order online and about, pay and then add another 30 minutes to my order, fryers are down. they wait for me to pay, then they tell me of course. I had everything from missing articles, long waiting times, wrong eating, unfortunate employees. Well, I'm done and I'm going to drive 5 minutes on the way to the other place, I can't treat the secret anymore what awaits me.
I did a phone order today. A lady took my order I believe her name was Genisis . She hung up on me mid order. I had to call back to complete my order. When I went to pick up my food, I tried to confirm what I had ordered because she seemed to be talking really fast on the phone and I wanted to make sure it was right. She cut me off and just told me what the total was. So I paid. Then I got my food, I went to one of the tables to double check. She walked up to me as if I was in her way. So I just grabbed the bag of food and left. Then I got home and realized my food order was wrong. Terrible service and even the cheese fries which was one of the only things that was correct only had about a Tblsp of cheese??? Why did I just pay so much extra for that? Only about 4 of the fries had cheese on them. Very disappointed.
