The menu at this restaurant is quite limited when it comes to vegan options, despite the description suggesting that you can substitute the Nexveg faux meat. The only real vegan option available was the Tepaiary burger, which was just okay. The salad was another option for vegans, but overall, the choices for plant-based eaters are lacking.

This restaurant is cozy with incredibly friendly staff. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast was very tasty! Two people enjoyed coffee, two meals, and a side of Speck for only $30. We will definitely be adding Joy Bus Diner to our list of favorite brunch spots.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The wait to be seated and served was short. The waffles were delicious, but the chilaquiles were just okay. The flavor was a bit lacking, but adding a little chicken bouillon to the sauce would have improved it. The dish did not come with crema, as seen in other photos, which would have been a nice addition. Despite these minor flaws, it is still a good place to visit.

Great coffee! We tried the Japanese souffle pancakes - very good, light and tasty. Had the chicken and cookies and side rosemary potatoes, ingenious! Come on.
