Crumbl Cookies - Phoenix

The cookies ARE pretty big, I'll give them that. And the French Silk is actually pretty alright, which is the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.However, the cookies I received were WOEFULLY underbaked. So much so that they were impossible to pick up because they were so wet and the chocolate chip gave us heartburn and tingly tongues (from the baking soda, uncooked as it was). To top it off, the peanut butter one we purchased had no peanut butter flavor whatsoever!The BIGGEST issue, though, was the service we received. I ordered via Postmates for pick-up and my partner went to get them. Upon arrival, he was given nearly 20 minutes worth of grief about the order not existing, though he could see it sitting on their counter and told them so. In the end, I ended up having to forward him 3 different periods of purchase in order for them to hand over the order. They didn't even have the decency to apologize for the inconveniences they caused.Suffice to say, we will not be going back to Crumbl. Certainly not THIS location, anyway.

A busy location, had to wait a little for fresh cookies but it was worth it. Expensive though as is everything else, this place is definitely for treats and rewards.
