We've consistently had a wonderful experience at this Subway location. Today, there was an excellent manager on duty—he was the only staff member who showed up for work, which led to a longer than usual line. Despite this, he handled every order with grace and didn't seem overwhelmed or irritated, even when challenged by a rude pickup driver.
