What User likes about Palatte:
I ask their use of the phrase “Sparkling Champagne” on the menu, especially if they claim a “French flair”. I mean, I saw a Frenchman at the mouth when someone called a new world champagne “champagne”, but he was in America and likes to have been a wine nut. But I'm digressing.
