I love to come here a few years ago, but since I back the hired are rude and krista that was blond and looked into her 40 50s sweating everywhere, krista was extremely rude and did not allow me to go into the bathroom I felt it was racially motivated because she said that she didn't want me to clean up the restroom as I didn't want to clean up after her? I just wanted to wash my hands because the place was dirty with beetle crawling and when we first arrived, the floors were wet without signs and she advised us to be careful because she had just washed the floors that were totally wet with dirt and a few bugs she rolled her eyes. After she refused to pay customers the bathroom to wash our hands, we asked for a full refund due to her very unripe behavior and because she looked kind and she sweated a lot of her coworkers were also all glowing us. I'm not coming back. that was too terrible for an experience and I would advise people to just go the jack and the box on and 7. because they were much more nice. do not come here, they are unpredictable with their eating and rude because their order it seems that krista behind circle k in the night hangs to repair them when they know what I mean.

It seems like this Jack in the Box has been facing some challenges, but the long line moves quickly, and there are no mistakes with orders. I want to give a shoutout to the young Latina girl who works the night shift—she is extremely beautiful and attentive to details.

I sat 25 minutes in the car drive, only one car in front of me. had to give my order twice on the drive thru speaker, because the worker couldn't hear me because she cries to her and she was ready to go. how do I know that? because she told me about the redner when I tried to order! hopefully this is better than the service.

This restaurant consistently offers fresh food and excellent service. They never get my order wrong, unlike other places I've been to.

On my visits, I noticed the employee simply sitting on the phone or lounging in the lobby when the system was down, which was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t even bother with a response from the owner; I've read other reviews that suggest this place is in dire need of new ownership or management. Many customers have reported issues such as theft, food poisoning, and consistently poor customer service. Please don't ask me to fill out a feedback form on your website—I will never return to a Jack in the Box again. To be fair, the employee wasn't entirely at fault; the issues stem from poor management.
