We placed a group order at my workplace, and I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a salad, but all I got was a small handful of lettuce with very few additional ingredients. The vinaigrette was nearly nonexistent, and the chips were too salty. I typically enjoy Chipotle, but it seems this location might not be the best option. View all feedback.

I came here and I’m one of the few people left who actually still say please and thank you after every scoop. Unfortunately, they gave me attitude here when I asked for a side of queso, chimichurri sauce and dressing, as if I wasn’t willing to pay, it’s clearly not free and I did pay for it. Then they gave me the smallest scoops and slide my bag over to me and rushed me out. I know it’s lunch hour but the least you can do is show kindness especially since I was being extremely kind to you. It doesn’t cost a thing to show appreciation. Except a blonde gentlemen, was very kind to me, so thank you for having great customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
This is my go to chipotle after work at the end of the night and they are always so kind and make my bowl well whether it’s pick up or verbally ordered. This evening, 11/21, the team was incredibly kind and helpful helping me with my app when my order couldn’t be found. The team ensured that I was not only heard, but that I got my food quickly after the mix up with a smile and wishes for a good evening on my way out. I love going to Chipotle ? it?s one of my favorite places to eat! This particular Chipotle is just like the rest? good food, good prices, good vibes. Today, I went to place an order for pickup while on my lunch break through the Chipotle App and I wascharged TWICE in my bank by them and the order didn?t even go through to their system at the restaurant. I was really frustratedand almost ready to give up, but I went inside to get some help anyways. The cashier, John, was kind enough to hear out my issueand help resolve it. I?m not sure if he was the manager at this Chipotle, but he was taking responsibility like one! John wasexcellent ? he has amazing customer de-escalation and resolution skills for just being a cashier. John helped me get a refundand I was even able to get my order for free. I will definitely be coming back to this Chipotle because of the great food andgreat employees.
I come here on a pretty regular basis and typically have a good visit. Occasionally the chicken will be burned, which I don't mind at all, other little things from time to time, generally no complaints. Clean tables, service is fast and friendly, parkingis abundant, food is good. The prices recently went up, but I think we all know who to credit for that development. Thislocation is a pretty good representation what Chipotle strives to be.

Ordered a burrito, bowl, and quesadilla. They didnt make include my sons quesadilla. Employees too in a hurry to close and not do their job correctly. Never ordering here again.

On December 17, 2023, my group tried to place an order through DoorDash. Unfortunately, three members of our party were billed multiple times, and our order never arrived. I was personally charged 29 times for a $28 order, which led to hundreds of dollars in charges that took three days to reverse. DoorDash offered no help in resolving the issue or providing any compensation. This experience demonstrates extremely poor customer service, and I cannot recommend using this service.
The cheese was hard and cold, and the entire meal was lacking warmth. There was hardly any cheese in the bowl, and the portion of rice was minimal.
Not enough meat! The sofritas portion was very small. This was the tiniest serving I've ever received. They also forgot the beans and rice, making the entire bowl small and unsatisfying. Truly disappointing.

Manager Elias is great! He offered the best customer service. I had a problem with a catering order and any other rep I could reach via the phone (3rd party service because Chipotle does NOT want you to get right into the restaurant) had no idea what was going on that the order did not exist and even if I had a confirmation (When she finally found my order, they said my card did not go through and that was also wrong). Luckily I have Elias at 18:30 am so nice, attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to catering orders, payment processing and delivery etc. He could calm my mind, confirming that my order was in the system, and promised that there would be no problems that he would make for it, even if the day of my event was free on his day. He's out! I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different repetitions and he could solve in a few minutes. Chipotle has to hire more people like Elias. Fast forward to today, I called (lost the trick to bypass the phone prompts) and got a repetition in this business and he was as nice and helpful as Elias. I think other managers in nearby shops could learn from this team.
This restaurant consistently delivers excellent food. I truly appreciate that they always fill the salsa to the brim. Everything looks and tastes fantastic every time I visit.
They are way to busy always under staffed ....everything single time . It's incredibly frustrating . They are always out of things . The staff does not care about the customers. This place is poorly managed I'm standing in chipotle watching the staff goof off and chitchat with each other while the line just keeps growing longer . Chipotle is owned by McDonald's you will get the same quality of service and food at McDonald's here and I literally will drive across town to another chipotle because it's usually quicker than going to this place it is poorly managed.... This place suxks even for fast food this place turned into a real crappy hole in the wall such a shame
