Today, I w... read more I love going to Chipotle ? it?s one of my favorite places to eat! This particular Chipotle is just like the rest? good food, good prices, good vibes. Today, I went to place an order for pickup while on my lunch break through the Chipotle App and I was charged TWICE in my bank by them and the order didn?t even go through to their system at the restaurant. I was really frustrated and almost ready to give up, but I went inside to get some help anyways. The cashier, John, was kind enough to hear out my issue and help resolve it. I?m not sure if he was the manager at this Chipotle, but he was taking responsibility like one! John was excellent ? he has amazing customer de-escalation and resolution skills for just being a cashier. John helped me get a refund and I was even able to get my order for free. I will definitely be coming back to this Chipotle because of the great food and great employees.
