Late night flight delayed and had to order from the iPads near the bar. Placed my electronic order but 5 mins later the bartender walked over to inform me that while bar was open the kitchen was closed. While most would be leaving a poor rating, the bartender brought over a pre made salad from the cooler nearby and quickly refunded my money. Super nice and went the extra mile to make it right as best he could. View all feedback.

Was 6:30 am and not busy but found the service sucked. Workers just standing around talking. Girl finally drops my food in a styrofoam container and leaves. No napkin ... and I open the container to find a skimpy breakfast for almost $30! My potatoes were missing. I flag her down and she tells me she forgot to tell me they ran out. Really!?! 3 vegetable dumplings for $12. $4/dumpling is insanely expensive even for an airport. Maybe try adding (nos) next to the menu so passengers won’t rely on this to fill their stomachs.
Shocking good airport food. Good enough that if it wasn't in an airport, we would go to it. Prices are on the high side which is typical of airports but everything we ordered was so good. Delicious miso soup, vegetable fried rice, Spicy chicken ramen, and a steak teriyaki dish that had high quality meat. We ordered a Philly roll too which was very good. All of us were surprised and delighted by our food and the quick service!! Easy to order from the screens right at the tables at the gate. I think B3 was the gate.
I ordered sushi at this restaurant. The soy sauce was very salty and the wasabi was not very flavorful. However, the service was excellent, especially when compared to the other two Philadelphia restaurants I have visited.
Super pricey for nothing. Avoid. Rude service too.
Even for airport food I was surprised at the poor quality. The spicy chicken ramen was spicy because they put a dollop of chili sauce on top for you to mix in the broth is almost like water, the chicken has NO seasoning except covered in black pepper and cooked till it’s hard as a rock similarly the egg is unseasoned and hard cooked. A few baby mushrooms and baby bok choy are all the veggies. I would be ashamed to sell this food to another person.
