Was OpenTable Diner at Indeblue a mag?
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The dishes are flavorful and perfectly balanced. They also offer unique cocktails that are a must-try. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, providing a wonderfully personalized experience. I would give it an 11 out of 10 and would definitely dine here again! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. View all feedback.

What Evelyn dislikes about Indeblue:
The food was undoubtedly good, but the servers made the whole experience uncomfortable. Had two servers for reasons unknown and kept bothering us while we did nothing. The first server kept checking up on us every 5 minutes asking if we can order when it wasn't even busy. It felt like she was rushing us out. Again we ordered an entree and sides for each of us and it was not busy. Halfway through, a second server came... View all feedback.

IndieBlue is a beautifully decorated Indian restaurant with a pleasant ambiance. The menu offers a good variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. While the food was enjoyable, it wasn’t exceptional. However, one area that could use improvement is the staff. Our server seemed quite confused and was not very informed about the menu. They brought the bill at an awkward moment and even attempted to take away our food while we were still eating. Overall, it’s a nice place that I like and would return to, but enhancing their hiring practices would be a worthwhile improvement.

Great service! We asked if the chicken was halal and our server made sure to go to the back and properly check and confirm. It was halal! Do ask because suppliers can change. Decor is nice and intimate. Restaurant is clean and the back curtain was open and I could see a part of the kitchen that also looked super clean. malai kofta khubani amazing flavors! the kofta was minced paneer in a meatball shape! I never had paneer like this, I typically have it in cubes. Also got the madras which was flavorful! There's a tendency for desi restaurants to give a lot of salan aka curry aka the liquid part but not enough body meat or paneer etc . I really have a problem with this! It's like fishing for food!!! Both entrees are supposed to come with rice and the server asked if we wanted naan also, I said sure, one piece is fine. He came out with only one bowl of rice and charged me for the naan. Did he just compile both of our rices in one bowl? Is this a marketing tactic to get me to think it's either rice or naan and then just wrongfully charge customers? also, looks like the menu tends to change so just wait to get to the restaurant and decide what you want to eat
