7/10 times I ask for a grande and it's tall. Why does this happen so much? I've had to call them out here legit at least 10 times in the past 20 visits for this very thing. I originally wrote this off as an accident but it's happened so much now I'm starting to wonder. Other than people not knowing their drink size there, everything else is pretty good. What Jessie doesn't like about Starbucks:
I always go to Starbucks for my coffee, however every time I go to this location the service is horrible. They take FOREVER in drive thru and with online orders compared to other locations well past the quoted times. Inside is dirty as well with overflowing trash, no napkins or straws stocked, and floors are sticky. Maybe the workers should be retrained at this one. View all feedback.
Ordered by phone, had 2 chai lattes and a cinnamon ulche latte. When I picked up the two of them on the tresor, I didn't greet myself. I found my drinks and asked for a wearer. one of the ladies got one and tortured it to me. I just let it go and went home to get my family drinks. when we tasted our drink, the chais were terrible. there is no chai at all. Of course, because of bad customer services and bad quality drinks I will not come back to this place.
Literally bad dieucks I've ever been! there were enough people who work so my only drink didn't last 30 minutes. she always made mistakes on my one drink job. has not understood the size correctly. So just let them pour a little into a grande and add more ice and milk. She didn't even mix it up, then I had to ask for the earthly. I then stumbled to mix it. really, people do better.
I love the order of this place. I always use the mobile order and always had a great experience. everyone is always friendly and always fast service.
Friendly staff, large coffee, quick service, clean inner, limited parking, close to the autobahn, drive through available.
A caramel macchiato should literally be the easiest drink to make in my opinion but recently when I go to Starbucks it just taste like milk and coffee which I wouldn't mind if thats what I wanted ? I'm a little discouraged about going to this one...but I will say the baristas are awesome. I would literally work there just to be friends with some of them. Great service but horrible caramel macchiato's...can't speak for any other drink because I only get that 95% of the time. ?
