What Casey Dempster likes about Starbucks:
7/10 times I ask for a grande and it's tall. Why does this happen so much? I've had to call them out here legit at least 10 times in the past 20 visits for this very thing. I originally wrote this off as an accident but it's happened so much now I'm starting to wonder. Other than people not knowing their drink size there, everything else is pretty good. I always go to Starbucks for my coffee, however every time I go to this location the service is horrible. They take FOREVER in drive thru and with online orders compared to other locations well past the quoted times. Inside is dirty as well with overflowing trash, no napkins or straws stocked, and floors are sticky. Maybe the workers should be retrained at this one. View all feedback.
