I think just the owner works there. He is amazing and doing his best when it is busy. He always gets our orders right (usually 5 different sandwiches) and is friendly. Thanks for saving our dinner the other night!! View all feedback.

The employees at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately, the management is lacking. It breaks my heart to see a young man working tirelessly alone after 6 o'clock. The management seems unaware of the situation and needs to better support their staff—either by being more present or hiring additional help. I went first on the drive. Nobody ever answered me while I was sitting there for 10 minutes. So I went in and ordered. a man was behind the counter that ignored me. he said he was too busy taking my order. I ordered an salate anyway because I had starved. will never be back again. terrible customer service.
The young man working solo did an excellent job. The sandwiches were good, but unfortunately, he didn't even have time to take a break because he was so busy. It's a shame I didn't catch his name. While the franchise owner deserves just one star, this young man certainly deserves five stars for his outstanding service.
It seems like the owner is the only one working there, and he does an incredible job, especially during busy times. He consistently gets our orders right (which typically include five different sandwiches) and has a friendly demeanor. Thank you for rescuing our dinner the other night!
There is only one person who works, I wait more than an hour for her to give me the green food, very bad service
I usually eat a 6 inch sub from various Subways 4 out of 5 days of the week as I am crossing the counties doing service. This is the first time I have felt the need to complain about one. I ordered today and watched as the young man put my sub together. He was being very skimpy on the amount of veggies he put on and I was just getting ready to ask for some more peppers to be added when he picked up a pair of tweezers and removed something from my sandwich. I asked him if he had removed a hair and he said yes, it was a hair. I told him I no longer wanted that sandwich...while the owner sat there, observing the entire thing. The young man asked if I wanted him to make me a new one. I told him no, that I would buy one elsewhere...again, as the owner sat and watched and never tried to do any quality or damage control. The fact that they were willing to go ahead and sell me a sandwich that had been contaminated with someone's dirty hair is beyond my comprehension. This particular Subway needs to set some ethical standards of service and train their employees accordingly.
