I went first on the drive. Nobody ever answered me while I was sitting there for 10 minutes. So I went in and ordered. a man was behind the counter that ignored me. he said he was too busy taking my order. I ordered an salate anyway because I had starved. will never be back again. terrible customer service.
The young man working solo did an excellent job. The sandwiches were good, but unfortunately, he didn't even have time to take a break because he was so busy. It's a shame I didn't catch his name. While the franchise owner deserves just one star, this young man certainly deserves five stars for his outstanding service.
It seems like the owner is the only one working there, and he does an incredible job, especially during busy times. He consistently gets our orders right (which typically include five different sandwiches) and has a friendly demeanor. Thank you for rescuing our dinner the other night!

So I stopped hear to get sandwich and when I try to enter the store the door was locked and it's 8.15 pm as they close at 9. I knocked the door but no response so I called in to see if they are open or not. Someone answered and told me they closed early I mean it's only 8.15. Very disappointed I went to So many subways 30 min before closing but never been refused for the service. What the point on putting time if you close early.
