Now, what can I say, ordered in the app an hour later and no delievery, I have the shop and nothing but apologies (there is app not working) , even was apologised by the actual manager who was so polite and remained apologised. we go here all the time and this is the only mistake they have ever made! very recommended! beautiful personal beautiful eating, even if they can treat in high demand! If you go into store, you get a very good takeaway and friendly service. Opt for delivery however and you get a wrong, cold order which takes longer than they specify. The last 4 orders I've made over the last few months have been cold, incorrect and late. When I call to get an update I get a rude response and hung up on. Ordered over phone for collection. As I was about to ask what time I should collect the phone was put down. No confirmation of what I had just ordered, price or time. Went to collect and order just left on the side and not on a warm shelf or food warmer and had an ice cold can in the bag. The food was lukewarm and missing both the sauces we requested. Used to be an amazing takeaway with super customer service but after our last 3 visits we will now be using one of the others in Colne. Hope they can sort themselves out.
We had to wait 2 hours and 50 minutes for a cold pizza which tasted like cardboard. I had to call twice and was spoken to rudely. Would never return.
Best kebab place in East Lancashire. Friendly staff. All kebabs freshly made. Food is so tasty. Highly recommended.
