It seems someone might have seen a photo of a cold bacon sandwich and decided to spread misinformation. As a former employee of this café, I can confirm that it’s not true—we only used teacakes for our sandwiches and sliced bread for toast. That type of item would never have been served here. Please ignore those who have too much time on their hands; the staff at this café are exceptional and dedicated to their work.
