In one of the nicest and most relaxing environments, everyone is treated with respect and all the kids receive a free lollipop which they love. I highly recommend Peter and Mary's cafe, it's one of the best places around. Thank you from Leona John.
Visited for lunchtime snack. Good choice on menu of snacks pies and English breakfast etc. Good service and seemed happy to help. Great prices too. Had home made apple pie and cream very good and generous size too. Worth a visit for a snack or light lunch x
I recently visited this cafe for a cup of tea and was impressed by the lively atmosphere. It was refreshing to see personality shining through in the cafe. The tea was delicious, and I also ordered a salad which was beautifully presented. The owner was very friendly and approachable, making my experience even better. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem located near the Colne library.
The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere and the Full English breakfast with a hot drink was delicious and good value. Despite being busy, the wait time was short. I will definitely eat there again.
The selection of food is very extensive. I have been to this café on 3 occasions and they charged different prices for the same food and drink. Usually more than advertised. I ordered beef stew. It was not filled with a dab of sauce and many pastries were passed over. It's a shame as you can see all the homemade cakes and pastries; I suspect they are not frozen or canned vegetables.
