I want to give a big thank you to Ariana for informing me that the item I wanted was no longer available and providing me with a suitable alternative that arrived the next day. While my wife shopped, I took... read more This cozy café is situated inside the Empress Mill shop. It caters to their customers and doesn't seem to be actively advertised. While my wife shopped, I took a seat and one of the staff offered me a drink, which I declined. The café seems to operate without a designated person in charge, so you can ask any staff member for service. Customers can enjoy reading magazines and a daily newspaper provided on one of the tables. The café offers a variety of hot and cold drinks for sale.
