And the sugar was nasty wouldn’t even come out of the packet least have some fresh sugar now u made my drink wrong!!!! Ur so expensive on top I have so much going on it’s crazy this is the reason I don’t order anything or go to you it’s crazy wake up or tell ur staff to wake up!!!!

It was a disappointing experience and I have no plans to return or recommend this restaurant to others.

After placing my order, he said he would bring our f... read more During my visit, I encountered a rude and uninterested employee who seemed like he didn't want to be there. After placing my order, he said he would bring our food to us, but then called us by name to come collect it ourselves, even though we were one of the only ones in the restaurant. When I accidentally dropped my ice cream, he told me it was my problem and refused to provide a knife and fork or spoon for sharing. Additionally, despite requesting no cream on our milkshakes, they still came with cream. Overall, my experience at Coco was terrible due to the poor customer service skills. I would not recommend this restaurant, as I have had a negative experience every time I have visited.
