Syrens Bistro - Pender Island

The pub is in dire need of a strong manager and more staff - the poor servers looked completely overwhelmed, the pub was exceptionally dirty and the food was average. We were not impressed.

Our party of 3 all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Hot, tasty and filling. Excellent, friendly service with good recommendations. The view was breath taking from the large windows and the seating was very comfortable. We didn't feel rushed and loved the experience. I had the crispy pork bowl that hit the taste buds just right!

We have a place on south Pender and come here on occasion. We have eaten here 3 times over the last two weeks and enjoyed the meals immensely. I would recommend the salmon duo and the calamari. Very good. Service was quick and very friendly!

Good food and nice view.Syrens has a nice outdoor patio with water views. Food is good. I had the BBQ for Canada day and my wife had the seafood linguine. both very good. I really liked the potato salad. It was with mustard and not mayo.

Great food! We were able to make same day reservations for a party of 8 and 2 babies.
