Very incompetent employee taking orders inside. Messed up everything we ordered and then proceeded to argue with me when I asked for a milkshake straw. Old lady needs to be fired for her incompetence. Had to dine in because she didn’t listen when I asked for it to be a to go order. View all feedback.
Good weekend breakfast. More like a family restaurant than a chain. Fast, friendly service. I know it's Jacks. Try it.

Customer service is always so great. The works are always so friendly. The food is always hot and fresh!
Did the drive, though, and it was an owfull experience . The food was cold and lousy customer service socks.
Ordered the new BACON steakhouse burger. i’ll let you figure out what’s missing. not the first time my sandwiches were missing bacon but will definitely be the last time now. you can’t keep giving a place chance after chance and still be mediocre.
