What Steven Ring likes about Joe's American Grill:
My wife can only have Gluten free food and Burtons has a totally separate cooking area just for Gluten free meals. Most places don't separate gluten free preparation facilities. The chef who prepares the gluten free food actually delivers the food on separate plates (square for gluten free, round for regular). My wife really appreciates that.
