I love sitting both inside and outside on the patio, sipping on some delicious coffee and breathing in the fresh air.

I had a coffee that was mostly cream rather than coffee. When I asked them to remake it with less cream, they seemed annoyed and made faces. They ended up givin... read more I had a coffee that was mostly cream rather than coffee. When I asked them to remake it with less cream, they seemed annoyed and made faces. They ended up giving me a second coffee with even more cream, making my espresso almost white. I'm not sure if they were incompetent or just being malicious, but I had to go to the Starbucks at Bashas to get a coffee without an excessive amount of creamer because I couldn't afford to waste any more time. This happened on 7/2/23 around 4:45pm.

The... read more Worse Starbucks employee ever. TERRIBLE! Standing in line and this woman decides she's closing at 7pm. It's 7:03 and she refuses to give me a cup of coffee. The app and store says they are open until 8pm. She served the person in front of me, but apparently because i was 10th in-line she can't serve me. I'll give my business to Dutch Brother's. Disappointing
