To my surprise, I found the place empty—no cars, no patrons, and no sign of celebration. Upon entering, I learned that PB R had closed after a busy morning. However, the owner, hearing my request for just a final tasting, kindly welcomed me in. He offered me a variety of craft beers to try, introduced me to the equally friendly brewer—all at no charge! I felt so appreciated that I knew I would never miss the chance to return to PB R again. This experience sets a fantastic standard for customer service. I highly recommend this place, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality as a passionate supporter of craft beer, now especially for PB R!
