What Robert Madonia doesn't like about Drift 82:
Food and environment are good, but prices have SKYROCKETED. It’s ridiculously expensive for a mid level restaurant. Last time I was there, for 1 app, 2 entrees, and a bottle of wine, with a dessert to share, it cost us $280!! Drift, you are not THAT good. Chill with your prices. They are way too high. We used to love this restaurant, but they have changed their menu. The food is still good, but it's not the same as before. We were a bit disappointed.
Fresh seafood and attentive service make this restaurant a standout choice. Its picturesque waterfront location only adds to the charm.
I ordered a bottle of Sonoma Cutrer wine, but after waiting, I was informed that they were out of stock. I then ordered a glass of Louis Martini Cabernet, only to be told after a brief wait that they were also out. Finally, I ordered a glass of Domaine Chandon, but once again, I was informed after a short wait that they were out of that as well. It seems like there may be some issues with inventory management at this restaurant.
Food, atmosphere staff was amazing as always thank you!! Never a bad experience here Vicky C
Food and service was excellent. It got a bit loud as the place filled up.
