I came here late morning and was looking for a small pastry and drink. They mainly had cakes on display and not a huge variety, but it...was all homemade. I had a slice of cheesecake and it was great! I love German style cheesecake. I also pulled a beer out of the fridge, they have a decent selection of craft beers. It was to hot for a coffee, but next time if I come earlier in the day I will order a coffee. They have a lovely outside area and relaxed atmosphere, nothing special just comfortable.

It turned out to be an Euro beer which was considered to... read more Wow this time my visit to the KaffeeWerk was a real eye opener. By waiting coon‘s age I grab‘d a beer. It turned out to be an Euro beer which was considered to be a special one. I thought to myself why not just...give it a go. After pulls I felt like drinking some sort of pee. It turned out the beer expired a year ago. After I expressed myself to the barkeeper I was directed to the boss. The boss tried to peddle the line to me that this beer can’t expire and gets better like a great wine? What the f , again it tasted like kangaroo pee. Why an expire date if it can’t expire? Such a f rip- off. Just be aware of this racket fellows.
