Additionally, staff service appears overwhelmed and sometimes unfriendly, with complaints about inconsistent bread options and mishandled orders. Even the ambiance feels off, with political symbols detracting from the meal's enjoyment. While some customers appreciate the customization options and friendly service, repeated negative experiences leave many yearning for better sandwich options elsewhere.

Rosa did an amazing job; she was able to prepare five sandwiches in less than five minutes! She was exceptionally friendly, remarkable, and extremely welcoming!
I placed my order through the app, and I won’t be doing that again. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still had to wait while she made my sandwich after serving three other customers who walked in? The staff member wasn’t very friendly, even though I was waiting patiently. To make matters worse, I received two fewer cookies than I ordered. I won’t be using the app or returning to this location.
I arrived at Subway about 45 minutes before closing and found that there were only two bread options available: Wheat and Honey Wheat. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, but they had already turned off the toaster for the night. I'm not sure if this is a new policy from management, but a customer arriving at 9:59 should still be fully served, especially when they come nearly an hour before closing. The menu options also felt quite limited.
