When I returned the ma... read more 6 months ago I went to this panera and asked for bacon soft egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. The eggs were hard and there was no bacon. When I returned the manager wanted to throw bacon on the sandwiches instead of making two new sandwiches. He was angrythat I asked for two new sandwiches. Today I went to get that same order and again no bacon and the eggs were hard. My wife callthe manager (same one) and he said he would provide her new sandwiches but then referred her to another manager. To avoid thetemper of that manager I'm not going back. I'd rather drive 14 minutes to the Panera in Glen Burnie.

You can tell the inside is older than others and it really shows. Staff tends to do a good job, though I would be wary whenordering Delivery. I had my Delivery order sat on their shelf for over an hour and a half, during which I had called and askedif it had been picked up, to which I was told it had. As my order never came, I missed my lunch break for work and ended uphaving to ask for a refund and go to the store myself to reorder at the end of my shift. Upon getting there I heard them say thename of my delivery order. Apparently, it had been sitting there the whole time.

The sandwiches were sloppy and the filling was falling off the bread, what filling there was. The bread was toasted till it was too hard to eat. Ordered cream of chicken and rice andreceived broccoli cheddar which no one in the house eats. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. Panera used to havegood sandwiches but not any more and their prices are too high for the quality of the food. Last time I'll be eating there.

Well food is good but wayto expensive for sandwich shop????
