App wouldn't let me use their bogo so I asked if their store accepted it. The lady helping me was nice and wasn't sure so he asked the older man there. He seemed angry and upset from the start. He spoke to me with his back turned and when I repeated my issue, he started to speak in another language and walked away. I ended up ordering the sandwiches in person and the lady was great. When she was halfway done with making them, he came back, waved her off, and finished one of the sandwiches before telling her to come back and finish the sandwiches so he could help a different customer. He is utterly disrespectful to customers and other employees. Hopefully he wasn't a manager there because he lacks any and all customer service skills.
I 'm glad I decided to try this particular Subway! Really friendly people and the food was great.I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. I got tired of being treated like a dog who just peed on the new carpet. The man I dealt with at this one was really nice. My wife and daughter keep commenting on how tasty and fresh their subs were. This will be our go to Subway from now on.
