First time ordering using drive through today. There were 3 people speaking to me when I was ordering, the one lady was speaking fast and not able to understand... read more First time ordering using drive through today. There were 3 people speaking to me when I was ordering, the one lady was speaking fast and not able to understand her because of her accent, I was to park in front of their restaurant and to wait for 10 mins for the steak, and they will bring the food to our car. We waited for 20 mins parked in front of their restaurant, but did not get food delivered. I had to go inside to ask for the food, and was told that they did not see us, mind you our car was parked right outside the door. Tried to eat when we got home and the rice was hard and not cooked well. Very bad experience will never go there again. This was the one on Campbell Blvd location in White Marsh, MD

It's an Innovation Kitchen location so they'll have special promo items which aren't available at regular locations. They just debuted a new robot server which brings your online order to your table. Finally this location has a separate tea bar next to the food area where you can watch sports on a couple TV's. There's plenty of free parking outside in the shopping center lot.

The food a... read more This feels like a more upscale Panda Express. Even though it serves most of the same food, there are more items on the menu exclusive to this branch. The food also tastes slightly better than a regular branch.
