Sorry... just not set up for customer service... would not accept a verbal order in any fashion... one is forced to use their single kiosk for self service while two employees stand around doing nothing (place is empty! perhaps we know why? ... i really WANTED to try the fare, but navigating the menus when i knew what i wanted wasn't what i needed just then. bummer.
Labobatory just opened a new location in pasadena so i was obviously super excited to try. i love how unique the drinks at labobatory always are, and somehow they alll taste BOMB. i tried the horchata milk tea which was the perfect sweetness. i loved the hint of cinnamon and the ratio wasnt too overpowering. went perfect with the boba and egg pudding. we also got the kitto katto which is white chocolate matcha and honestly might be one of my new favorite combos. its a collab flavor w fung bros!! i thought itd be sweet or overpowering but that was definitely not the case. definitely gonna get it again.
Really great roasted oolong tea with the strawberry flavor. Real fruit and very nice jelly.
First time here and saw that it was a self serve kiosk. I was obviously lost and the barista behind the counter didn't offer any assistance. I had to practically flag him down and ask him questions about their drink options. Not very welcoming. Was very disappointed because I had heard good things about this place. But the customer service was poor and the drink wasn't even good. The picture shows how much I drank before I disposed of it.
