Did not give it to me in the drive thru so i went inside to get the required amount of ranch my family needs and he produces less than half of what I asked for, i reminded him that I needed 4 cups of ranch not 2 and he got an attitude and proceeded to give me 3 cups instead i said that i need 4 cups and can pay for it if that's what I need to do no problem, he refused to give me 4 cups of ranch. Very disappointed in this jacks in particular. head to Jack's on 9th avenue for better service because this place ain't worth the pit stop

Walked in from a long hot day of riding my motorcycle to get some of jack’s delicious ice cream and stood at the counter for 15mins and didn’t get not a hello o... read more Walked in from a long hot day of riding my motorcycle to get some of jack’s delicious ice cream and stood at the counter for 15mins and didn’t get not a hello or greeting from the 4 people that I could see all they did was stand in the back talking/laughing and look back at me there wasn’t no other customer but me inside and outside they completely ignored me and didn’t even ask what I wanted I was standing there with my wallet in hand to show I was ready to order and STILL didn’t get any assistance will never be back at this jacks very unprofessional and in my opinion very lazy employees if I could give a 0 star if I could

The fries are either hard or cold or both and the chicken tenders are so small they should be called chicken nugget tenders instead.

On my way to a funeral I figured a quick stop to grab a bite to eat. Jacks is usually fairly consistent between stores, but this store was awful. We were not there during rush hour. There were about 5 people ahead of us (3 groups) From the time we entered until the time we got our food, it was 20 minutes! Asked for cheese on the biscuit and was told they couldn't do it . Finally got a bacon cheese, opened it, and the whole top was a crumbled mess.The biscuit was delicious. Bacon was not good. Some was burnt and one piece looked raw. The cheese was cold. I was hungry so I just aye it like a pizza. At least I'm rarely in that area so I won't eat there again. Again, most Jacks are awesome. This one was awful.

The... read more I enjoyed the two-piece fried chicken dinner, which included a breast and a wing, served with green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a butter biscuit. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I will definitely return!

She... read more I could only assume that the person in the car was a woman, and she seemed insulted and angry with me for daring to respond to her with "Thank you, ma'am." She launched into a tirade about how I had no right to call her "ma'am" and how disrespectful it was. As a result of her reaction, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't eat my food and ended up throwing it away, as I didn't feel it was safe to eat under such circumstances.

The employee at the drive-thru even tried to upsell me on brownies for a school event, which weren't on the menu. All I wanted were two chicken finger kids' meals. It must be quite embarrassing for the manager, since it seems to change every time I visit. This will be my final trip here; Jasper and Carbon Hill offer much better food and service.

The staff member I interacted with at the drive-thru and at the window continuously tried to sell me brownies for a school fundraiser, even though they weren't part of the menu. All I wanted was two chicken finger kid meals. This must be quite frustrating for the manager, who appears to change every time I visit. This will be my last time coming here; Jasper and Carbon Hill provide far better food and service.

Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean as well. I will definitely be returning!

She then launched into a rant, insisting that I shouldn’t call her "ma'am" and accusing me of being disrespectful. Due to her attitude and the way I was treated, I felt uneasy about eating my food, and ultimately, I decided to throw it away.

The tray was sticky when my food arrived, and the tea tasted stale, likely because the tea dispenser hadn’t been cleaned properly.
