Did not give it to me in the drive thru so i went inside to get the required amount of ranch my family needs and he produces less than half of what I asked for, i reminded him that I needed 4 cups of ranch not 2 and he got an attitude and proceeded to give me 3 cups instead i said that i need 4 cups and can pay for it if that's what I need to do no problem, he refused to give me 4 cups of ranch. Very disappointed in this jacks in particular. head to Jack's on 9th avenue for better service because this place ain't worth the pit stop

It was delicious. I usually get a burger, but so glad I got the dinner. The chicken fingers were cooked perfectly. They were the best I've eaten from anywhere, in a while. The sides were potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. Both great. And of course the biscuit was great. That's what Jack's are famous for lol, their soft, flaky, buttery biscuits. It was the perfect meal. I highly recommend.?Parking: Plenty of free parking. No long lines at drive thru. Orders are served quickly, and perfectly. Nothing was missing, or had to be taken back.Kid-friendliness: They have an enclosed play area outside in front for the kids.
