The fries are either hard or cold or both and the chicken tenders are so small they should be called chicken nugget tenders instead.

On my way to a funeral I figured a quick stop to grab a bite to eat. Jacks is usually fairly consistent between stores, but this store was awful. We were not there during rush hour. There were about 5 people ahead of us (3 groups) From the time we entered until the time we got our food, it was 20 minutes! Asked for cheese on the biscuit and was told they couldn't do it . Finally got a bacon cheese, opened it, and the whole top was a crumbled mess.The biscuit was delicious. Bacon was not good. Some was burnt and one piece looked raw. The cheese was cold. I was hungry so I just aye it like a pizza. At least I'm rarely in that area so I won't eat there again. Again, most Jacks are awesome. This one was awful.

The... read more I enjoyed the two-piece fried chicken dinner, which included a breast and a wing, served with green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a butter biscuit. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I will definitely return!

The staff member I interacted with at the drive-thru... read more The service was quite slow, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect, which seems to be a recurring issue. The staff member I interacted with at the drive-thru and at the window continuously tried to sell me brownies for a school fundraiser, even though they weren't part of the menu. All I wanted was two chicken finger kid meals. This must be quite frustrating for the manager, who appears to change every time I visit. This will be my last time coming here; Jasper and Carbon Hill provide far better food and service.

E... read more I ordered the two-piece fried chicken dinner, which came with a breast and a wing, as well as green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a buttered biscuit. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean as well. I will definitely be returning!
